Graduate Mentorship

At the University of Maryland, I have also served on several doctoral committees in theatre history, comparative dramaturgies, and gender studies in theatre. In my approach to graduate mentorship, I try to offer a model for professional responsibility by developing a dynamic academic and professional relationship that recognizes the changing needs of my mentees and the changing nature of the job market and scholarship. To support their mental well-being, I encourage them to connect with communities with shared interests.
